Return & Exchange Policy

Policy:

  • Returns & Exchanges are accepted only for prepaid orders within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • COD orders are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • For Prepaid orders the Products must be in its Original condition with Tags and invoice attached to be eligible for a Return or Exchange.

  • Customers must email or Whatsapp the reason for return or exchange to jeyachandranmarketing@gmail.com OR  9551055601 to notify us.
  • Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, after which it is up to Jeyachandran QC team to decide whether the product is approved for return/exchange.  
  • Once we have received your Email OR Whatsapp and our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, please dispatch the product to the below mentioned address.
  • Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we shall be happy to exchange your purchase for another piece with the same value or provide with a refund.
  • NOTE : Offer products and Inner Wear are not eligible for return or exchange. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
