Returns & Exchanges are accepted only for prepaid orders within 2 days from the date of delivery.

COD orders are not eligible for return or replacement.

For Prepaid orders the Products must be in its Original condition with Tags and invoice attached to be eligible for a Return or Exchange.
- Customers must email or Whatsapp the reason for return or exchange to jeyachandranmarketing@gmail.com OR 9551055601 to notify us.
- Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, after which it is up to Jeyachandran QC team to decide whether the product is approved for return/exchange.
- Once we have received your Email OR Whatsapp and our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, please dispatch the product to the below mentioned address.
- Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we shall be happy to exchange your purchase for another piece with the same value or provide with a refund.
